Meet Nancy & Shamanic Heartspace

I am Nancy – what do you want to call me? A medicine carrier, therapist, clairvoyant, psychopomp, mystic? I’m just an open-hearted human who’s seen some things, devoted to those ready to step into their soul truth, remember who they are, why they came, and love fully.
My life and work are dedicated to reestablishing heaven on earth – not escaping the material or the spiritual, but embodying the sacred fully alive in ordinary, daily life. I hold this from both sides: formally, as a psycho-spiritual therapist, hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner with a BA, MA and PGCE, and a member of Mensa; and initiated, through medicine-carrier apprenticeship across lineages from the Peruvian Amazon and beyond. Neither side waits for the other’s permission – they work as one.
Shamanic Heartspace is the temple I tend: a place where the invisible and the ordinary sit at the same table, where your grief, wildness, pleasure and prayer are all welcome. This is a home for people who feel the pulse of the mystic, healer, priestess or medicine carrier inside them, even if life has asked them to forget. Together we walk a path of reconnection – to your body, to the Earth, to spirit, and to the deep intelligence that has always been holding you.
🜁 The Winds That Called Me
I didn’t come to this work untouched or above it all. I came with my own trauma, patterns and initiations – I am also having a very human experience, just like you.
Born in the early 80’s in London, I was an unusual child – knowing things I couldn’t possibly know, talking to beings others couldn’t see, having nightmares and prophetic dreams. Turns out I was kinda psychic, kinda clairvoyant. I was always getting into trouble, didn’t fit in, horribly misunderstood – and it became internalised self-loathing, loneliness, a swathe of mental health issues.
I did what I could to appear ‘normal’, but I’m just not very good at pretending. I built a life and careers in London while the spiritual, the gifts, the teaching moved quietly in the background – walking between worlds, because I never once went looking for any of this. I just wanted to feel okay, to understand what I thought was wrong with me. Divorce, bullying at work, numbing myself in ways that weren’t kind to me – it wasn’t one moment that changed things, it was incremental, refusal by refusal, until stepping into my gifts, power and authenticity stopped being optional.
Answering that call has meant dying to myself over and over, shedding old identities, walking through my own underworld again and again. I’ve been doing this, arguably, my whole life – the knowing, the seeing, the not-fitting-in started long before I had a name for it – but as a formal path, it’s been over 26 years. It was synchronicity, not a decision: meeting after meeting, over decades, in Peru and beyond, led me to teachers and communities who shared their indigenous wisdom. But truthfully, it was the spirits, the plants, the land and the elements themselves who did the real teaching, and unlocked the treasure already inside me. None of it was romantic – isolation, illness, loneliness, the brink of madness, more than once wondering if I was strong enough to keep going. I continued anyway, and I hold space now for people who’ve been there too.
Years of apprenticeship in Peru and the Amazon helped me to make sense of and navigate my path.

🜃 Body As Temple, Life As Altar
My body and my days are my first altar. Before I hold space for anyone else, I am in continual practice with my own edges, shadows and cycles – in how I eat, rest, move, relate, create and love, not only in ceremony. When you sit with me, you’re stepping into a field that’s already consecrated. We work with the language of your body, your dreams, your symptoms and your longings as sacred text, not as problems to erase. The work is to slowly bring every exiled part of you back into the temple of your own heart.
🜂 The Fire I Carry
The fire I carry was forged in those initiations – relationships and versions of myself falling apart, and the slow work of stitching myself back together truer. I know what it is to wonder if you’ll ever feel like you belong on this Earth. Jung called this the wounded healer – the belief that the deepest capacity to hold someone else’s pain comes from having genuinely metabolised your own. That’s not a metaphor here. It’s my biography. So my fire isn’t here to burn you or push you – it’s the steady flame that says I can sit with you in the darkest rooms of your story and not flinch, help you name what’s really happening, honour the intelligence in your coping, and gently transform it. I’m not asking you to go anywhere I haven’t walked myself; I’m walking beside you, holding the mirror while your own courage and medicine come forward.
🜄 How I Hold You
My spaces are slow, trauma‑aware and on your terms, with safety protocols in tact. You don’t need to arrive ‘prepared’ or spiritually fluent – you can arrive collapsed, armoured, contradictory, numb, too‑much, not‑enough, and we let the session meet you exactly there. I witness every part of you: your words, your nervous system, the field around you, the guides who step in to support. We move at the pace of truth, not urgency – your system leads; my role is to mirror, guide, and keep the container strong enough for real change to take root.
🜁 Who This Work Is For
You might find yourself at my door when: you’re ‘done’ with repeating the same cycles in love, work or family and can’t unsee it anymore. Grief, illness, burnout or a life‑quake has stripped away your old identity and you’re in the raw in‑between. You’ve touched altered states or powerful medicines and now need integration, meaning‑making and anchoring. Or nothing is falling apart at all – you’re ready for more freedom, confidence and real connection, building a business or a relationship that actually reflects who you are, and want support that works mind, body and spirit together rather than one at a time. You sense you’re here to carry medicine – through your work, art, parenting, teaching or presence – and want a grounded way to walk that path. You feel awake to something beyond the everyday and don’t know a single person who understands it, let alone how to carry it. You don’t have to know what you want from this work. A genuine yes and a willingness to be honest about where you are is enough.
🜂 Threads That Run Through Everything
Whether we are in therapy, shamanic healing, Kambo work, ceremony, dieta or mentorship, the same golden threads keep weaving through: Remembering your innate connection with spirit and the living world. Letting your body become a trusted compass instead of a battlefield. Transforming shame and self‑abandonment into devotion and self‑trust. Allowing your life to be guided by something deeper than fear or obligation. This is alchemy: not erasing your past, but re‑forging it into medicine you can carry with integrity.
🜄 Stepping In and Stepping Up
If you want it in a single sentence: I’m a psycho-spiritual therapist – I help people return to who they already are beneath the pattern and the wound, by working mind, body, and spirit together, because change that only happens in one place rarely lasts.
If something in you softens, stirs or sparks as you read this, you’re already in the doorway. The next step is simple.
