đ Meet Nancy & Shamanic Heartspace

I am Nancy â a medicine woman, therapist and openâhearted human devoted to those who are ready to remember who they are and why they came.
Shamanic Heartspace is the temple I tend: a place where the invisible and the ordinary sit at the same table, where your grief, wildness, pleasure and prayer are all welcome.
This is a home for people who feel the pulse of the mystic, healer, priestess or medicine carrier inside them, even if life has asked them to forget. Together we walk a path of reconnection â to your body, to the Earth, to spirit, and to the deep intelligence that has always been holding you.
đ The Winds That Called Me
I didnât come to this work untouched or above it all. I came with my own trauma, heartbreak, patterns and initiations that looked and felt very different from the people around me. I often felt like I was made âwrongâ â too sensitive, too intense, seeing and feeling things others didnât name.
I wasnât looking for a spiritual path; the path came for me. The medicines, dreams and signs kept arriving until I had no choice but to stop running and surrender. Answering that call has meant letting old identities die, walking through my own underworld again and again, and learning to hold myself in ways I never received.

Years of apprenticeship in Peru and the Amazon thinned the veil between worlds for me and also taught me how to keep my feet on the ground while listening to the sky.
The trainings and lineages matter, but what shapes my work most is that I have sat in the same places you might be sitting now â confusion, collapse, shame, longing, and the wild hope that there must be another way to live.
đ Body As Temple, Life As Altar
My body and my days are my first altar. Before I hold space for anyone else, I am in continual practice with my own edges, shadows and cycles. I live this path in the way I eat, rest, move, relate, create and love â not only in ceremony.
Because of that, when you sit with me you are stepping into a field that is already consecrated. We work with the language of your body, your dreams, your symptoms and your longings as sacred text, not as problems to erase. The work is to slowly bring every exiled part of you back into the temple of your own heart.
đ The Fire I Carry
The fire I carry was forged in my personal initiations: nights of not knowing how I would get through, relationships and versions of myself falling apart, and the slow work of stitching myself back together in a truer way. I know what it is to feel âdifferent from the restâ and to wonder if you will ever feel like you belong on this Earth.
Because of that, my fire is not here to burn you or push you. Itâs the steady flame that says: I can sit with you in the darkest rooms of your story and not flinch. It helps us name what is really happening, honour the intelligence in your coping, and then gently begin to transform it.
When we work together, Iâm not asking you to go anywhere I havenât had to walk myself. Iâm walking beside you, holding a clear, compassionate mirror while your own courage and medicine come forward.
đ How I Hold You
My spaces are slow, traumaâaware and deeply consensual. You donât need to arrive âpreparedâ or spiritually fluent. You can arrive collapsed, armoured, contradictory, numb, tooâmuch, notâenough â and we let the session meet you exactly there.
I listen with all of me: to your words, your nervous system, the field around you and the guides who step in to support. Together we move at the pace of truth, not the pace of urgency. Your system leads; my role is to witness, mirror, guide and keep the container strong enough for real change to take root.
đ Who This Work Is For
You might find yourself at my door when:
- You feel âdoneâ with repeating the same cycles in love, work or family and canât unsee it anymore.
- Grief, illness, burnout or a lifeâquake has stripped away your old identity and youâre in the raw inâbetween.
- Youâve touched altered states or powerful medicines and now need integration, meaningâmaking and anchoring.
- You sense youâre here to carry medicine â through your work, art, parenting or presence â and want a grounded way to walk that path.
You donât have to know what you want from this work. A genuine yes and a willingness to be honest about where you are is enough.
đ Threads That Run Through Everything
Whether we are in therapy, shamanic healing, Kambo work, ceremony, dieta or mentorship, the same golden threads keep weaving through:
- Remembering your innate connection with spirit and the living world.
- Letting your body become a trusted compass instead of a battlefield.
- Transforming shame and selfâabandonment into devotion and selfâtrust.
- Allowing your life to be guided by something deeper than fear or obligation.
This is alchemy: not erasing your past, but reâforging it into medicine you can carry with integrity.
đ Stepping In
If something in you softens, stirs or sparks as you read this, youâre already in the doorway. The next step is simple.
