This is a deep, one-to-one journey to meet, honour, and integrate your shadow with courage, compassion and ancient shamanic wisdom.

❂ What Is the Shadow?
The shadow is everything we unconsciously repress – our pain, rage, shame, grief, power, wildness, magic, and truth.
Left unseen, these energies can sabotage our lives and relationships. But when brought into the light, they become allies of transformation.
This programme is rooted in both Jungian understanding of the psyche and the shamanic path of healing through direct experience with Spirit, nature, and the soul.
